In Re: The New Orleans Convention Center Hotel

Negotiated and drafted the partnership agreement for new Convention Center Hotel to be located adjacent to the Morial Convention Center.  Total in capital to build the hotel approximately $41,000,000, represented the General Partner on issues related to depreciation deductions.

United States of America v. New Orleans Wireless Retail Chain

Challenged $402,000 tax assessment in Tax Court. Conducted forensic audit and settled for $0 in the Courthouse just before opening statements were to begin.

United States of America v. Honduran Supermarket in Miami

Defended a task-force investigation into suspected tax crimes and money laundering.  Defended audit from IRS CID.  Challenged $2,100,000 assessment in Tax Court.  Negotiated a settlement of $1,310,745.19 and a non-prosecution letter.

Internal Revenue Service v. Gulf Coast Pharmaceutical Salesman

Negotiated an installment agreement for a citizen of New Orleans.  Payment finalized via a PPIA at $811 per month for six years on a total of $1,009,003.19.
